A Venue Rooted in Legacy

The name “Legacy” isn’t just a pretty word we chose. It’s deeply personal. Our venue is named after Gregory Moore, my ex-husband’s father, whose impact on our lives inspired us to create a space that honors family, love, and lasting memories. From that foundation came the desire to build a venue where others could begin their own legacies—a place to gather, to celebrate, and to create memories that would last for generations.

We also have the rare privilege of being part of a much larger story. The land where our venue sits was owned by the Brewer family for over 100 years. We’re the first family outside of theirs to care for this property, and we don’t take that lightly. In fact, one of the original owners, now in her 70s, still helps us with weddings to this day. Her presence reminds us constantly of the love and history rooted deep in this land.

Thoughtful Design with Heart

When it came time to build the venue, we approached it with intention. Every tree that had to be removed for construction was saved, milled locally, and repurposed into parts of the buildings on the property. Our stunning 2,400 sq. ft. open-air pavilion—the heart of many receptions and ceremonies—was built using this wood. Every beam tells a story, every plank carries a memory, and every space was created with care.

This thoughtful approach extends beyond the physical structures. We designed each part of the venue to flow naturally with the land, allowing for an effortless transition from dressing suites to ceremony to reception. Nothing feels forced or overly manicured. It’s real, grounded, and welcoming—just like we hope your day will feel.

You can bring in your own vendors or choose from our preferred vendor list of local creatives who understand the flow and feel of the property.

Need space for lawn games? We’ve got it. Want to add a food truck, acoustic guitarist, or mobile bar? Done. This space was made for you to dream big and celebrate your way.

We believe every couple should have access to a meaningful, beautiful venue—regardless of the size of their wedding. That’s why we offer a variety of packages:

• Full Wedding Package: For up to 200 guests, including access to the pavilion, ceremony site, dressing suites, tables & chairs, and venue staff.
• Micro Weddings: Designed for up to 50 guests, offering a more intimate experience without sacrificing style.
• Elopements: For couples who want a deeply personal celebration with up to 10 guests.
