Your wedding should feel effortless, and we’re here to make sure it does. Our team will work with you and your planner up to six months before your big day to ensure every detail flows smoothly through our spaces, so you feel calm, prepared, and fully present when the moment arrives.

Full Wedding Package

- Venue use from 10am-11pm
- Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces
- Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests
- Use of dressing suites
- Venue staff on-site all day
- Access to preferred vendor list
- Golf cart valet for all guests
- Set up and breakdown assistance
- 2 hours of rehearsal time (Monday-Thursday and Fridays when available)
- Use of property for engagement/bridal portraits (2 hours max)

Our Full Wedding Package includes everything you need for a seamless celebration, from all-day venue access to on-site staff, guest amenities, and thoughtful extras to make your day effortless.

Weekday Weddings

- Offered Monday-Thursday 
- Up to 100 guests (fee for additional guests)
- Access to preferred vendor list
- Golf cart valet for all guests
- Use of dressing suites for allotted hours per rental agreement
- Ceremony and reception spaces (2 locations total)
- Use of property for engagement/bridal portraits (2 hours max)
- Use of tables/chairs

A weekday wedding at The Legacy at Gregory Downs offers the same stunning setting and seamless experience at a more relaxed pace. Perfect for intimate celebrations or couples looking for a budget-friendly option.

Micro Weddings

- Venue use for 4 hours
- Must use vendors from preferred vendors list (open for discussion)
- Use of 1 location on property only
- Up to 50 guests
- 2-hour additional use of bridal suite/groom's quarters
- Set up and breakdown assistance
- Chair/table use
- On-site coordination
- Use of farm staff (1) hour prior to event

Micro Wedding Package is perfect for celebrations with up to 50 guests. Enjoy an intimate gathering in our stunning spaces with the same thoughtful details, seamless coordination, and warm hospitality—just in a more relaxed, personal setting.
